We loved the unobstructed view of the beach. The pool was spacious and we had it mostly to ourselves. The grounds and the unit were very well kept. The unit was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The underground parking was a lovely perk. Would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed having the plenty of space for our family of 5, and all the amenities to take care of laundry and cleaning. Plus, they had a small set of standard needs to help the first few days (like salt, pepper, coffee, etc.). Thank you for a great stay! Would definitely consider this place again in the future.

The condo is beautiful, well decorated, and was clean. It was well stocked, and we loved the view and easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again. A few opportunities for improvement:- Dishwasher did not work despite trying several different cycles. - DirectTV streaming account was logged out when we arrived, so we couldnโ€™t watch tv, when we reached out for login information, we couldnโ€™t log in due to 2FA being on. - Internet connectivity was really poor throughout the stay. We had to use our hotspots when we needed WiFi. - General wear and tear; obviously this happens when a lot of people stay somewhere, but there was a lot of chipped paint, hooks that were coming off the doors, etc. not a big deal just looks kinda beat up. Again, awesome spot and we had an amazing time. There were just a couple of small things that were annoying considering the price.

Lovely and convenient accommodations

Our family enjoyed this very spacious, comfortable, and lovely condo. The kitchen was fully stocked which made our mealpreparations convenient since we had small children and other family members visiting. Our host answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner as well. We will definitely try to book this property again.

Great stay in 201 Villa Coyaba May 2019!

We stayed week of Memorial Day, and itโ€™s a very nice condo with great beachfront views of gulf and beach; amenities top notch and everything previewed turned out like advertised; central location close to Destin Commons and short drive to anywhere you want to go in Destin area; we really enjoyed our stay; when we come back to Destin definitely stay there again in 201 for sure;

Spoiled now

This place is amazing and has ruined us for any other property! You cannot get a better view, clear water and uncrowded beach. The condo was beautiful and spacious. I had high expectations and this condo and beach exceeded them. The pool was still heated in April which was perfect for our little kids! We will be back!

4 Generations

We really loved this home. It was even prettier in person than we expected. We had four generations of our family on the trip and from the oldest 81 to the youngest 2, we all had a wonderful time. The home was clean ,comfortable and spacious. The balcony was very large a d my parents enjoyed sitting out there getting some sun, watching the waves and seeing the great-grandchildren playing. We would definitely recommend this home.

We had a great week, loved the Condo, the beach was great, the water was beautiful & we loved the location with easy acess to everything. My only complaint is fault of my own, that I left some items in the condo, after calling several times I was told someone would contact me which never happened, so be sure to check the small closet in the master bath before you leave!

New mattresses in every room is a MUST!!! Several reviews below state the same...invest in new mattresses please, please, please. The dips in every mattress are unacceptable and completely take away from the wonderful view, fully stocked kitchen and great T.V.'s in each room. Cleaning staff and office staff absolutely amazing!

Relaxing getaway

Everything was amazing! We loved the property, the decor, and the easy beach access. The area felt safe, clean, and relaxing. We enjoyed the fitness facility as well. It was quiet and we all slept wonderfully. Everyone enjoyed reading on the balcony and listening to the waves. The beach was so clean and the water was so clear. The waves were fun but not too intense. It was fast and easy to call an uber to get anywhere we needed to go. We would love to come back! The only issue we had was not receiving the access code to get in when we arrived, but we called the management number which was able to get us in within 5 minutes of our arrival, so it didn't end up being much of an issue at all.
