Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with patio and furniture, an outbuilding for storage and roadside parking is available. Within 0.2 miles or less there is a shop, pub and the River Derwent, and please note, there is no smoking. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent.
