Great property, for two. Four will work but it is pretty tiny. That is the only issue we had, and if the bathroom had been bigger it wouldnt have been an issue at all. We knew it was going to be on the tighter side going in, so there was no real surprise. The area is great, and my wife loved having tea in the garden each morning.
