Everything went fine for our 5 night stay. If you book in the winter, just know that the owner controls the heat remotely via an iPhone. You will need to contact him to turn up the heat every afternoon upon your return to the flat. This wont be a problem for much of the year. The location is great and easy to navigate to/from all of the great sights around Roma.

we are very happy that you liked the apartment. As you noted, the location is really optimal, situated in the heart of the historic center of Rome.
We would also like to inform you that, although the Municipality of Rome adopts a rather strict protocol regarding the times at which the heaters are turned on, we have made sure to keep them on for 5 hours longer than required by regulations, with the intention of making your stay more comfortable.
We are sorry, however, that this detail so negatively affected your review that we only gave it two stars. We hoped that our efforts to make your stay more pleasant would be appreciated.
