Amazing location! The shower leaks quite a bit, the apartment is very damp/ musty. They have a lot of amenities, extra blankets, air conditioning and heater. It’s on the floor level with steps down to the living room/ kitchen and steps up to one bedroom with another area attached used as a second bedroom. The main bedroom doesn’t have a door and the second bedroom (located in the first bedroom) has an accordion door to separate the two rooms. The bathroom door doesn’t shut all the way, so it’s not very private. Has a private patio area, but the unit doesn’t get light because it’s on the first story. Amazing location and great communication from host. Really easy check in process and makes sense to choose this apt if you’re on a budget.

Check in was straightforward. The location of the apt was good for accessing the sights. There were a few good restaurants and gelato shops nearby. The beds were clean and two of three were comfortable. It was mostly pretty quiet. There is a washing machine. This is a very small apartment on two floors with the second floor (bedrooms)up a narrow fight of stairs from the kitchen. The second bedroom was accessed by walking through the first bedroom and up a few more stairs. There is a courtyard that the tenants up above were sloshing cleaning water off their balconies into so it smelled and was not useable. There was a significant leak in the pan around the shower and a big step up to get into the shower. There was a flimsy accordion door on the bathroom so limited privacy. Kitchen was equipped although we rewashed dishes once we realized that many were not clean but had been out away. This apt would not be alright for someone with mobility issues as there are steps down at the door and the kitchen and up as mentioned. Not much space but the location was good and we liked having the kitchen.
