I GENERAL PROVISIONS
These house rules establish mutual relations, rights, and duties of service providers (hereinafter referred to as the host) and service users (hereinafter referred to as guests).

II RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE GUEST
The guest is entitled to:
1. The utilization of the property and all equipment and facilities that guests are entitled to use is based on the contract and regulations in force and in an unhindered manner.
2. The utilization of the outdoor BBQ grill in an unhindered manner; the charcoal should be provided by the grill user, and after using the grill, it is to be cleaned out of consideration towards other users.
The guest is not allowed to:
1. Bring in combustible or explosive materials or items of strong and unpleasant odour.
2. Smoke or vape in the property.
3. Bring in animals or pets.
4. Bring or introduce persons not registered as house guests in order to stay.
and use the accommodation or the property facilities.
5. Organise or hold any events or parties at the property.
6. Leave electrical and gas appliances (TV, hob, oven, etc.) unattended at any time during the stay in the property.
7. Take out all items, dishes, inventory, and any equipment outside the property for use at a different location.
8. Disturb the peace of the neighbours in a period from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and make excessive noise by using the radio, TV, or other appliances, as well as musical instruments.
9. Exceed the maximum number of guests that can stay at the property. This will help ensure the safety of guests and prevent overcrowding.
10. Use the internet facilities provided to commit a crime in the property, and there is a fair usage policy in place.
The guest is obliged to:
1. Abide by house rules and use the facilities, inventory, and equipment with utmost care.
2. In case of disappearance or damage to the installations, furniture, appliances, or equipment, please notify the host of the property. If the disappearance or damage occurred due to the fault of the guest, the guest is required to reimburse the appropriate value of the items.
3. Take care of one’s own belongings and valuables left in the apartments/rooms, and the host takes no responsibility for the subsequent loss thereof.
4. Check out prior to departure.
5. Leave the property by 10 am on the day of departure.
6. Dispose the trash/rubbish from the property into the bins provided.
7. Fold all dirty laundry into the bathroom of the property on the day of departure.
III RIGHTS AND DUTIES OF THE HOST
The host is entitled to:
1. Cancel the use of services to the guest whose behaviour is disturbing the peace of the neighbours.
2. In the absence of the guest, in particular circumstances, the host may enter the property to prevent possible damage or danger
