The house manages to be both cosy and airy, with a combination of indoor and outdoor living. The spacious living room is furnished with 3 sofas and armchairs. There is a corner fireplace and glass doors that open out onto the charming loggia. The loggia looks out over the garden and acts as an extension of the living space, as it has an L-shaped sofa and an outdoor dining room for memorable meals al fresco.
Back inside, the dining room is off the sitting room and has a wooden table and chairs. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a half wall, which makes serving a breeze. It is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a nespresso coffee machine.
The owners have taken as much care with the garden as with the interiors. The lush lawns are dotted with olive and citrus trees. There are hammocks and quiet spots where guests can escape with a book. The small swimming pool has sun loungers and parasols nearby for guests to relax after a dip.
Sleeping The house has 5 bedrooms in total. On the ground floor, there is a spacious room with a separate entrance from the garden. This room has a double bed and a living area with a sofa, desk and TV plus an en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms are on the first floor. Here there are two bedrooms with double beds, one of these has an en suite bathroom. There is a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed and another single bed and the fifth bedroom has a single bed.
Bathrooms There are 4 bathrooms in the house. One is en suite to the ground-floor bedroom, there is another independent bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs one bathroom is en suite and the second is independent. All bathrooms are equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Location The house is wonderfully placed for visitors to explore Lazio, southern Tuscany and Umbria. The charming medieval town of Vetralla (6 minutes) offers a range of shops, family-run restaurants and bars as well as some fascinating historical sites. The town’s weekly market is on Tuesday mornings and is not to be missed. Here you can find the best local ingredients to cook at home.
For children and other active guests, Tuscia Avventure Adventure Park is just 20 minutes away on Laggo di Vico. The lake itself is volcanic and at some points 45 metres deep. The surrounding forest is home to some fascinating wildlife and there are some lovely hikes close by. Alternatively, visitors might want to spend the day on the beach. The coast is just 45 minutes away.
The stunning city of Viterbo (15 mins), makes a wonderful day trip. It is one of the best-preserved Medieval cities in Italy. It has so much to offer, including palaces, churches and hot thermal springs.
Rome has 2 international airports, these are the closest for the property. Fiumicino is 1 hour and 20 minutes away and Ciampino is 1 hour 30 minutes.
