The villa is characterised by its large outdoor space, ideal for families with children and it offers four bedrooms, two of which are double, one with two single beds, one with a single bed plus a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a large living room with TV. There is also a large veranda which includes a sitting area and a dining table. In the garden there is a large barbecue with a stone table. The house includes air conditioning, mosquito nets and WI-FI. Villa Luigi is only 30 metres far from the beach.
