The Space:
This newly renovated 3-bedroom mid terrace house, has been lovingly restored to create a modern, luxurious and calming space. Located on a tree lined residential street, a short walk away is a local high street, with a Sainsburys, a variety of lunch cafes and hairdressers. Perched on the outskirts of the city centre, this home has a bus stop outside with buses into the epicentre of York every 10 minutes. With free on street parking. Please note parking is limited in some areas with double yellow lines, you might have to park around 150 yards from the property.

As you walk into this home you be greeted by neutral colour schemes paired with modern, sleek furnishings. The entrance hallway leads you into the light and airy living room with large l shape sofa, wall mounted smart tv, electric modern fireplace with colour changing lights, a selection of modern furnishings and artwork create a cosy place to relax, once the evening sets in you can also change the lighting with ceiling up lights in a variety of colours.
The open plan kitchen diner has a 6-seater dining table, there is a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washer dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster and all you need to make a great meal should you choose to stay in. Through the back door you’ll be greeted by a sizeable rear garden, with outdoor seating on the patio and a large lawned area.
To the first floor is the main bedroom, with a luscious king size bed, mirrored wardrobes, dressing table and chair, there is a further twin bedroom with built in wardrobe and one double bedroom with wardrobe and double bed.
The house bathroom has a shower over bath, three-piece suite, wall mounted heated towel rail and wall mounted light up mirror.
USB charging points are dotted around the property.
Double glazed windows, gas central heating. There is a driveway with the property however this is not accessible for vehicular access, so parking is on street only. There is a bus stop directly outside which has a regular number 19 bus route into the city every 10 minutes.

Towels bed linen is supplied, along with iron, ironing board and hairdryers.

Getting Around:
There are fantastic transport links into and around the city, a regular bus route can be taken from the street outside, York also has Tier 3 electric scooters, if you download the Tier app you'll be able to locate the nearest one to pick up and whizz around the city.

There is a hop on hop off red bus tour, red river boats and taxis. We think the best way to see the city is on foot, by meandering around the streets and walls of the City of York you'll stumble across a multitude of hidden gems, eateries, historic monuments and so much more.
