LECCO - Villa Isabella

Villa in Lecco with breathtaking views of Lake Como. Located on a small hill just below the mythical San Martino, the villa enjoys one of the best views of Lecco, dominating the entire city and neighboring countries, and with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains: from the famous “Resegone” of the Betrothed, to Monte Barro and again the Moregallo. On clear days you can see all the way to Milan!
The villa, built in the sixties by Engineer Seregni, has been recently updated (June 2024) and prepared for short term rentals. The dimensions are generous, and guests will have exclusive access to all the reopened rooms, terraces and the entire private garden!
The villa, located in the historic district of Rancio, is reached through a narrow road that becomes private in the last stretch. After the villa, only fields and paths that lead to the summit of Mount San Martino. Once you reach the villa, you can immediately park in the two-space garage available. From there you go up a private staircase and you reach the first large space, characterized by a large porch and garden with a view of the valley. Continue climbing a second stone staircase, which leads to the barbecue area and the door that leads to the main rooms: on the right immediately the large kitchen, and on the left a room used as a study area, and wardrobe. Continuing down the corridor, on the left a first bathroom, and on the right the area of the two main rooms, one used as a dining room and a relaxation area with large sofas, one of which can be converted into a bed. Along the kitchen and the two rooms, there is an impressive terrace, which dominates the entire city of Lecco. Continuing further down the corridor, you enter the majestic staircase that connects the upper floor to the lower one, of which some rooms are open (laundry area and technical services area). Finally, you reach the sleeping area, with three bedrooms for a total of six people, and a master bathroom. The rooms are serviced by a recently installed air conditioning system.
The Villa is characterized by fine furniture, and rich in valuable furnishing elements. Noteworthy is a beautiful painting that dominates the entire wall in front of the staircase, and a fresco on the ground floor that for the moment, however, is only visible through a glass door.

The apartment is managed by Nativoo, a benefit company that pursues measurable and concrete sustainability objectives in its statute. The apartment is part of the NativooForGood project that pursues sustainable development objectives for short rentals in the territory of Lake Como and Valsassina. . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights

In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
