The second bedroom is en-suite and is also furnished with a king size bed which can be separated into twin beds to offer tailored sleeping arrangements to suit all groups. A bright and well-equipped kitchen offers all the mod cons needed for home cooking but for those looking to eat out during their stay, the many fabulous restaurants and cafes in the area are within easy walking distance from the front door, some of the most popular being Carbis Bay Hotel’s Walter’s on The Beach, and The Beach Club restaurant.
5 Sandy Lane is set just a short stroll downhill to the small train station where you can hop aboard and enjoy one of the most scenic coastal routes to St Ives. If you’d prefer to travel on-foot, St Ives can also be reached a gentle twenty-minute walk along the South West Coast Path. We have stayed in this apartment before & love the fact it is dog friendly. The location is great with parking & a very quiet apartment block. Lovely sea view.

Enjoyable stay in very comfortable apartment.

Apartment is in good location, easy walk to beach, stationand supermarket.Lovely views too.Couple of small issues need to be sorted in the appartment.

Nice apartment
A nice place to stay with distant sea views.The apartment was clean and tidy and comfortable enough. It was quiet whilst we were there however on the last day a family arrived in the flat above which caused slight noise issues due to children running around inside, so that could be a potential problem. But overall i would recommend staying albeit in low season when the price is better value for money

Location great but needs work
Great Location, apartment needs work so that wardrobes are unusable as cannot open due to beds.
Heat pump outside window is very loud so if window open you are woken up.
Furniture on balcony should be covered to protect them as lots of moss and mould on them.
Apartment wasn't clean including coffee machine (milk frother) which had clearly not been checked for some time!
Guests before us had smoked in there as you could clearly smell that was the case.
