My husband and I had a great stay. Easy check-in process, fully stocked with everything you could need and more! Vanessa is a great host. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent property and wonderful, responsive, and caring host. Location close to grocery and Beaconsfield but best if you have a car to get around. Local bus drove by the stop several times and seemed to randomly stop some days but not others to pick up waiting passengers. Taxi service was available in the area.

Response from VrboOwner on 31 July 2025
Laura made the booking on behalf of two family members. Lovely guests, great communicators, quiet and very respectful and, to top this off, they’ve left our little place clean and tidy. Ideal guests really and thoroughly recommended to other hosts. Thank you Laura, for the booking, your family is welcome back here in Beaconsfield, UK any time!
We only had a very short stay But Vanessa couldn’t have been more helpful in making our stay perfect. She went over and above to cater for our 2 year old. Lovely location and had everything we need . Many thanks again

Thanks so much Karen you’re all welcome back .. any time. Perfect guests ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We stayed there for a week and what an amazing wee place to stay , lovely town near by the accommodation was very clean and the owners were very friendly and accommodating, they thought off everything to make it a great week . We will be returning at some point in the future. Many thanks to them .
Perfectly equipped little flat. We booked it last minute and checked in late. Was perfect for the night. Vanessa went above and beyond for us and was very kind x
Ness and Andy are just the perfect hosts! I stayed at their magnificent VRBO as I was getting my footing here to start my Masters program at NFTS. I originally intended to stay for a short while and ended up booking with them additional times to extend my stay until I could find a more permanent place to live because the place was so brilliant! The place was cozy, safe, and clean! They welcomed me with open arms and helped make my transition to the UK as easy and as wonderful as it could’ve been and were just the best with making sure I was doing ok and could find everything I needed as I was getting oriented. They are fabulous communicators and responded really quickly if I had any questions about the apartment or Beaconsfield or the UK as a whole. I wholeheartedly recommend renting this place out if you’re coming to visit the UK and want a lovely country retreat that’s close enough to the trains into London and the villages of Bucks county!
The apartment is perfect for a single traveler or couple or small family who are planning a trip to Beaconsfield UK! Whether you’re coming to study at a place like NFTS or visit for the beautiful scenery it is a win! It would be worth staying at this VRBO for the living space alone, with the beautiful kitchen and living space, along with the wonderful skylights that bringing tons of natural light into the apartment. (And don’t worry, the skylights come with shades in case you want to close them!) If that wasn’t enough the bed is super comfortable and the WiFi is fast and consistent! But beyond how fabulous the space is, then you have the wonderful hosts! They are both lovely and Ness in particular is excellent about responding to messages and any questions I’ve had! I’m currently staying in this place from California until I find a more permanent apartment while I get my masters at NFTS. Ness has helped my find items and figure out how to navigate a whole new world along with making sure that care packages that have been sent from home get to me! I’m beyond grateful for staying here as I get my footing during my current life adventure and to have the wonderful support from Ness and her husband. I even extended my stay (added another booking) because this place was perfect to be in while I apartment search! Would give this place even more stars if I could! Highly recommend and could see myself coming back in the future for a nice visit after I’ve graduated!
I’m a born Londoner now living in Beaconsfield, Bucks UK with my husband. Between us we have five kids (all adults) and three beautiful grandchildren. We love to travel, we’ve been lucky enough to both travel extensively with our jobs in the past. I enjoy wild swimming and cooking whilst Andy enjoys renovating houses and eating!
Why they chose this property
Beaconsfield is a market town located in beautiful Buckinghamshire, UK, 27 miles from London and 17 miles from London Heathrow Airport.
It’s well known for its picturesque setting, historic buildings and affluent community.
Beaconsfield is divided into the Old Town and the New Town. The Old town with its Georgian and Tudor architecture, exudes historic charm, while the New Town offers the most modern amenities including a very fast, efficient train service to central London, Oxford and Birmingham.
Both the New and Old Towns have a great selection of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, tea rooms.
What makes this property unique
Although we are within striking distance from the vibrant hub of London, we are also surrounded by beautiful open green, peaceful spaces. Plenty of parks, fields, walking, hiking and cycling routes so remember to bring your boots and your bike!
The apartment is unique in that it has a utility room with an opening light well opposite the kitchen. It’s a great, versatile space and can be set up as a dedicated, quiet office, a nursery, storage space or just a plain utility room. Having this added room means you don’t need to be on top of your travel bags and all that stuff.
