About this property

Beautiful rental cottage situated in the heart of the stunning Pembrokeshire National Park

Situated in the heart of Pembrokeshire National Park, overlooking the sea, in West Wales.

Sitting on the slopes of Carningli mountain it is a 10-minute walk down the hill to the village of Newport, Pembs.

Accommodation consists of a main house and an annex, which were both fully refurbished in 2017. The property is ideal for two families, sleeping 6 in the main house and 4 in the annex.


Layout

The sitting room has seating for ten people, with a smart TV and a log burning stove, perfect for a rainy day. There is a large well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, electric cooker, American fridge, dishwasher, television and sofa. Sliding doors open to the sheltered back garden, with a large built in BBQ. The kitchen leads onto the utility room with an additional dishwasher, fridge and pantry space.

The garden has a stunning view across the Welsh coastline.

There is an outside BBQ and hot shower and plenty of space to relax after a day out exploring Pembrokeshire. Dogs are always welcome. The main beach is huge and perfect for games and swimming. A mooring is available if you wish to bring a boat.

Getting there

To reach SA42 0QT (Newport, Pembrokeshire), follow these directions from the main routes into West Wales:

From the M4, leave at Junction 49 (Pont Abraham) and take the A48 towards Carmarthen. Continue onto the A40 west, then join the A487 north towards Cardigan. Follow the A487 along the coast until you reach Newport (Pembs). Once in Newport, follow local signage or a sat nav to SA42 0QT.

If travelling from North Wales, take the A487 south through Aberystwyth and Cardigan, then continue towards Newport.

From the south (Fishguard area), take the A487 north for around 7 miles directly into Newport.

Newport is a small coastal town, so once you arrive, the final approach is best followed using a sat nav or detailed map for the exact location within SA42 0QT.
