The accommodation is a very high quality renovation in a great area.
The accommodation is a very high quality renovation in a great area. Everything works very well and that Reeth's shops are within a short walk is a bonus. Only two potential drawbacks that would bother some but not others i) the adjacent parking requires both care and cooperation with neighbours ii) the bedroom is close to the minor road that passes through Reeth. We had a very good time there.

Everything is of a high spec.
Everything is of a high spec. The bed & pillows are comfortable. It is a very well equipped & comfortable place to stay, close to the village centre as well as to the great walking in the area.We were there in the January freeze & the cottage was warm & cosy. Denise, the owner, texted to check we were warm enough - which we were - & would have been able to up the temperature remotely. She & Ken were keen to know we were comfortable.

Booked the cottage through Hoseasons for a bank holiday staycation.
Booked the cottage through Hoseasons for a bank holiday staycation.Courtyard Cottage is perfect. It was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. Denise was the perfect host and text/called us at appropriate times to confirm our booking and everything was going well during the stay. The treats left for us and our dog were a little added bonus and very thoughtful. The cottage is in a lovely location too and Reeth had lots to offer. The only downside is parking to the rear is difficult (this was already mentioned to us by Denise) however there is public parking less than a minute away and it would not stop us booking again.

Courtyard Cottage is just off the village green in quiet courtyard with a parking space next to the cottage. The cottage is warm & cosy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need. There are two steps into a lovely large bedroom, a comfortable king-size bed, with a ensuite bathroom. The whole cottage is well furnished. In the village there is plenty of amenities, two pubs, a lovely cosy cafe next to the cottage which serve lovely toasted sandwiches. Thank you to Denise & Ken who are lovely hosts, & left us a bottle wine to celebrate our anniversary. We would certainly revisit this delightful cottage.
