Uncommunicative

Despite multiple attempts over several days to reach the host through messaging them on the Vrbo app, messaging their number, and calling their number, the host did not respond at all despite our booking being confirmed by Vrbo. We only got through to the host’s number when one of the other guests (whose number was not included in the booking) called about 2 hours prior to our planned check in time. At that point, the person who answered the phone said they were not the host and that there was no reservation. We ended up staying at a hotel instead.
