My wife and I just spent three nights in Jennifer's tiny house and loved it. The house is very well-designed and functional, and is perfect for two people. If you're spending all of your time sightseeing and are looking for a home base to return to each night, the tiny house is a great solution. It has all of the amenities you'll need and the little patio area right outside the door is perfect for enjoying a little down time, your morning coffee or your evening glass of wine.
One note... as you can see in the photos, as with most tiny houses, the bed is up in a loft reached by a ladder, which is something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues or aren't super comfy on ladders. It's totally solid and safe, however; no issues there.
The property is in West Seattle, just steps from Lincoln Park and the transit system. The nearest stop for the C bus, which takes you downtown in 30 minutes or less, is a five-minute walk. An Uber to/from downtown will cost $25-$30. The location is in a really interesting neighbourhood with lots of cool little shops and restaurants and again, all within walking distance.
Final point... big thanks to Jen for making our stay enjoyable. She's super easy to work with and is genuinely concerned with making sure you have a good experience. She's also created a guest book with some good tips on local attractions, along with information about the house itself. Overall, Jen has done a wonderful job of creating a terrific space for her guests, and we will not hesitate to recommend the tiny house to family and friends.
Thanks for a great experience, Jen!
