Nice 3 Bed Flat near Paddington

"When traveling to London, location is key. We are very centrally located, making it convenient to commute to any famous tourist attractions. Our place has 3 bedrooms, a nice living room, and a patio. We are just a 4-minute walk from Warwick Avenue and a 15-minute walk from one of the entrances to Paddington Station.

There are restaurants and a great pub around the corner called The Waterway, which offers excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere."

Great place

This was a nice place. Not a far walk from the tube. A wonderful Italian restaurant and a bakery/breakfast place right across the street.

Great Location for our Needs

It served the purpose for us of being close to friends who live in the area. Can be loud in the evenings with the pub across the street but it was also fun to hang at the pub. Very walkable area.

Great place to stay!

My family of 6 were comfortable in this spacious flat. It was clean and well equipped. We appreciated the close proximity to the train and a bus station right outside the door. Also a sweet coffee shop across the street. We were happy with our experience.

Very nice place!

Very nice place to stay near Little Venice! The property manager was very responsive to messages. Convenient to get to Warwick station. Very clean. The only negative was that the wifi signal did not reach upstairs bedrooms but worked well downstairs. Overall excellent experience!

Sehr gut , Busstation direkt vor der Tür. Tube hatte keinen Lift. In der Wohnung könnten ein paar Haken angebracht werden . Nur ein Schrank. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür.

Tolle Lage - Wohnung etwas älter

Der Aufenthalt war okay, aber noch einmal würde ich die Wohnung nicht buchen. Das Gebäude ist etwas älter, die Wohnung auch. Im Bad muss man an einer Schnur ziehen, um das Licht anzuschalten. Als wir einmal zwei Geräte an einer Steckdose angesteckt haben, ist der Strom komplett ausgefallen. Das haben wir dann wieder behoben. Überall in der Wohnung sind alte Teppichböden, was nicht sehr hygienisch ist. Das Bad war nicht sehr schön, die Klobürste war abgebrochen, kein Fenster, keine Lüftung, alter Wasserhahn, der etwas modrig roch. Die Küche war schön. Im Wohnzimmer gab es einen Wasserschaden mit großem Fleck an der Decke. Haben unter die tropfende Decke einen Topf gestellt und den Vermieter informiert. Generell war der Geruch der ganzen Wohnung an manchen Stellen etwas modrig. Das einzig Tolle an der Wohnung war einmal die Lage, mega toll und einmal die Betten. Sehr bequem und schön hergerichtet. Aber so richtig zum heimkommen und Wohlfühlen war es eben nicht, daher kann ich die Wohnung nicht uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
