Amazing view over the city valley and the ocean

This villa has an amazing view over the city valley and the ocean. Sunset is magnificient. We loved the experience. A Home in Madeira was an excelent host and very responsive.

Not as Advertised

Location and the views of Funchal are perfect. Sadly this villa had too many issues which highlighted lack of maintenance, regular checks and investment. It was not as advertised on the website.

This guest was very rude and was demanding amenities that were not advertised. The main issue was an electric problem caused by overload of the induction hob. The owner installed a new induction hob in less than 2 hours and before noon as demanded. She was always trying to find negative aspects to complaint and ask a desproportional refund. We had several people on our team mobilized to respond to the constant complaints, and we learned that she was gossiping about us behind our backs for no reason, when we were doing everything we could to fulfill her requests, even if they weren't on the website.

Bom serviço e uma vista fabulosa

Adorámos a nossa estadia na casa. A vista sobre o Funchal e o mar é magnífica. A casa está em conformidade com as fotografias e a descrição. Gostaríamos de voltar numa passagem de ano para ver o fogo de artifício na baia do Funchal, mas já existe uma reserva para este ano. Esperamos voltar para uma estadia mais longa em família.
