Wonderful secluded cottage with outstanding views over the Welsh Dee Valley.
Llanerch is a fabulous holiday cottage in Snowdonia, with outstanding views towards the Berwyn mountains. The cottage is set up a steep untarmaced drive. Llanerch has an excellent range of facilities. Leading on from the entrance hall you will find the kitchen with wooden fitted units and a wood burning stove. There is also a cosy sitting room with another wood burning stove and patio door leading to outside. There is a ground floor shower room complete with a large walk in shower cubicle, bidet, WC and wash hand basin. There are a choice of bedrooms starting with the main double bedroom, then along the landing there is a further double bedroom, then through this bedroom is a twin bedroom, access to this twin room is through the double bedroom only. Also upstairs you will find a delightful bathroom with a free-standing bath, WC and wash hand basin, there are french doors that lead on to a balcony.

My Peugeot struggled to climb the hill bringing up the hazard light and the engine would smell when I got to the top with the fan working hard even after it was turned off. That was the only issue if I could think of one
