Welcome to Manor Cottages, set in a cobbled courtyard, this wonderfully private, reverse level holiday home is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Manor Cottages is located within walking distance of Falmouth town with its vibrant variety of galleries, shops and restaurants, it is also a short walk to Falmouth docks train station, Pendennis Castle and the lovely Castle Beach is literally just across the road, who could ask for more?
The Space:
From the lounge kitchen-diner you'll look out onto a beautiful sea view along with a fabulous little balcony, this is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a cup of tea in the morning or a glass of something special in the evening. Two bedrooms are located downstairs, one is a comfortable double and the other a single which can be made into two singles allowing accommodation for up to four guests. A great central spot for all that Falmouth has to offer, whilst incorporating peace and quiet.
Guest Access:
Guests will be provided with a code to have access to the lock box which is next to the property's front door.
The Neighborhood:
Please note that Manor Cottages is located within the grounds of the Falmouth Hotel. Manor Cottages is not part of the hotel but independently owned. The hotel is open to Non Patrons and is currently under refurbishment and new management.
Gyllyngvase Beach can be reached by car (0.6mi) or if you fancy a stroll and a stop for ice cream, is an approximate 15 minute walk (0.7mi)
National Maritime Museum is approximately a 10 minute walk (0.5mi) along Marine Crescent, however is adjacent to Grove Place car park.
Pendennis Castle and Pendennis Point (0.4mi)

Getting Around:
The town of Falmouth is easily accessible by foot or car, as well as being close to bus and train routes that will take you to neighbouring areas in Cornwall.
Falmouth Docks (0.3mi) and Falmouth Town (0.5mi) train stations are close to Tredeath Cottages, accessible for parking cars and popping on the train route, venturing to Penryn, Perranwell and Truro.
Melville Road Bus Stop (140yds). Pop onto the 67 Bus to take you on the coastal circular, basking in the coastal beauty before finishing at the Falmouth Moor - the epicentre of branching bus routes.
