It has 2 private suites, perfect for 2 couples. Both suites include 1 bedroom and full bath, fully equipped kitchen. Cozy, clean and comfortable. Kitchens including Keurig Coffee Maker with an assortment of coffees. Toiletries provided. Wifi and 3 smart TV's provided. Close to downtown Louisville, Expo Center, Churchill Downs, St. James Art Show and Bourbon Trail. Five minutes to airport. There is access to backyard garden.

This property is located in a historic district and was built in 1889. Old Louisville is renowned for having the largest collection of restored Victorian homes in the United States. There are walking tours available.
