This delightful 69 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a lift access, although it is necessary to climb stairs to reach the flat.

The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV, a dining table and a lovely balcony to take advantage of the sunlight.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing. It includes essential cookware, a cooking plate, an oven, a microwave, and a small table where guests can enjoy their meals. A washing machine is also available.

The bedroom is modernly decorated, including a queen bed and multiple storage spaces. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens for your comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Professional cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

The Edifício 'Famoso' in Funchal is close to several key attractions. Santa Catarina Park, just a short walk away, offers beautiful ocean views and peaceful gardens. The nearby Funchal Marina is a lively spot with restaurants, cafes, and a picturesque waterfront.

Also nearby is the CR7 Museum, dedicated to Cristiano Ronaldo, and the historic Funchal Cathedral (Sé), known for its striking Gothic architecture. These highlights make the area around the Edifício 'Famoso' an ideal base for exploring Funchal's main attractions.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus station is Estrada Monumental (lines 01, 02, 9, 24, and 43), which is just 160 meters away, and APS Caracas S (lines 01, 02, 9, 24, 43, 48, and 61), which is 300 meters away.

Madeira Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
