Enjoy amazing views of North & South Table Mountains from this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome. Walk or bike downtown in just minutes from this great location. Families are welcome.

Walk to downtown Golden along path outside the back door. Enjoy everything Golden has to offer. There is amazing hiking, biking (mountain & road), kayaking, fishing, downtown concerts & events, multiple breweries and restaurants just outside your door. Downtown Denver is only 20 minutes away and Red Rocks Amphitheater is even closer and you can Uber or Lyft to both!

There are a ton of other easily accessible day trips you can take from here including visiting Idaho Springs, Loveland Ski Resort, Breckenridge, Vail & Beaver Creek and even down to Colorado Springs.

Main level features kitchen, dining, living room and 1/2 bath. 2 bedrooms (including master) and 2 baths located upstairs. Upstairs also features a loft currently set up as an office with 2 desks and monitors. Lower level features 3rd bedroom, full bathroom, living area with TV and PlayStation 4 and laundry room. Wi-Fi throughout. You will not be disappointed with this townhome or the location!

Excellent all around

This property worked out perfectly for us. The location itself is excellent convenient and easy to get to Golden, Denver and the mountains. The condo itself has every amenity you would need and the ownership is super easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place for anybody looking to stay on the West side of town?

We were visiting our daughter in Lakewood

We were suppose to be visiting our daughter in Lakewood for Christmas and beyond. But I fell down the stairs and unfortunately didn’t make the trip. Luckily, my daughters in-laws and his sister stayed there. We were lucky that they stayed there since we couldn’t get our money back. They left on Jan 1!

Spacious with Mountain Views!

This spacious townhouse was perfect for my daughter to stay with her Mines student during spring semester with my husband and me staying with them too for the occasional week at a time. We loved the high ceiling living area with its mountain views, the well-equipped kitchen, and the loft area with 2 desks. It's very quiet and the pathway right out the door leads to the beautiful Clear Creek trail, downtown, and the Mines campus, all easy walks. Despite some freezing temps, the townhouse was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the many hiking and cycling trails nearby. Todd was very responsive to our questions. The house is beautifully furnished and provided everything we needed. Loved our stay and would return for sure!

Perfect for families! Perfect location! Amazing Sunrise!

Our family rented Todd's home for 3 months, after relocating to Co from FL, while we looked for a home to purchase and then began renovations. We stored all our belongs in a POD and brought just the essentials. This home had EVERYTHING we needed! Beds were comfortable which is something we always look for in reviews when booking vacation homes. This was so helpful in our transition. The location is perfection. We took the bike path nearly everyday down to downtown Golden where you can enjoy an amazing park or float the river. There is also a small park right by the home. This location is also perfect for taking a quick drive (25 min) to Boulder, 20 min to Denver, or jumping on 70 to get up to the mountains. Todd was a perfect host, very responsive in communication and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay multiple times. You will not be disappointed in the home or location!

Best vacation rental in Golden, Colorado!

Todd’s home at Kinney Run in Golden is absolutely gorgeous and one of the best walkable locations in all of Golden, backing to open space with incredible mountain views from every window and back deck! Todd is an excellent host and responded immediately whenever we had a question. We stayed for over two months while we were looking for a new home and enjoyed the walking path from the neighborhood to the Clear Creek bike path and all that downtown Golden has to offer, including dozens of restaurants, shops, music, theater and community events. There are a ton of recreational opportunities directly accessible from the home including mountain biking, jogging, walking, hiking, tubing, kayaking, rock climbing, tennis, pickle ball and more not to mention the Golden Community and Recreation Center at Lyon’s Park which is only a 5 minute walk away. The home is very well furnished with high end furniture, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen (utensils, dishes, glassware, appliances, etc.), linens, high speed wireless internet and big screen smart TV’s connected to cable, Apple TV and more. There is room to park one car in the garage and two in the driveway. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Golden, Colorado! You won’t be disappointed!

It was very convenient renting this place as it was far enough away but close to our daughters house. She teaches at Green Mountain HS. The place we rented was great…..clean and it even had a park nearby for our granddaughter who is 5. Close to Golden and we ate a number of times at Big Daddy’s for lunch.

Great living space

Todd was great. He even let us leave on Sunday (originally we had to leave on Monday) It was only 15 minutes away from our daughter who lives in Lakewood by Green Mountain. Plus, we had her in-laws stay with us in the basement bedroom. They found it very comfortable. Plus, we had our granddaughter stay with us as our daughter had a new baby. She stayed in the bunk bed . (She is only 4) ALL in all it was great! 😍

Amazing stay in Golden!

If you're looking to get away with family or friends, this is the place! Lots of hikes in the area, great restaurants and activities to do in Golden (walking distance from the home as well). The property has every amenity you could need for either a short or long-term stay (we were there for 2 months) and feels like home! Todd was always available to help answer any questions. Highly recommended!

This property exceeds expectations. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this is my favorite. Everything you need is supplied. The house itself is great. Wonderful Stay in Golden

I came to the property for 5 weeks with my family while I was working on a project at DIA. I was wonderfully surprised when we arrived at the house as it was better than even the photos portrayed it. The house had a very private setting and it was quick walk to the main strip in Golden. The views of lookout mountain were amazing. The house was very clean and had all the necessary accommodations. I give this property a10/10 and highly recommend it for anyone that wants to stay in Golden

Perfect place in Golden

Our stay was exceptional! The property was clean, spacious and had all of the amenities one could ask for. The location was ideal and only about 3000 steps to downtown Golden. So many great things to do and places to hike and bike right out your back door. The host was always responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We even met a few neighbors who were also so friendly. I can’t say enough great things about this place, it worked out perfect for our time here in Golden. Thank you!

Great Place!

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. This townhouse is very well-appointed - you will want for nothing. And the location is ideal - close to Golden, bike trails, parks. Even the neighbors are friendly and welcoming. We've traveled alot and this is our favorite home. We actually plan to premanently relocate to CO and this area is our top pick.

We absolutely love the location of this property. There are amazing views of the mountains out of every window. There is so much you can ride or walk to just outside the door. There is a great park for the kids right out the back gate, world class mountain biking and amazing hiking right from the driveway. Great shopping, restaurants and breweries all around us. On top of it, we're just a short drive into Denver or up to the ski resorts.
