There are different covered terraces, with tables and chairs, as well as armchairs and sofas, and also barbecue, ideal for enjoying summer meals outside. Moreover, there is a ping pong table and a table football, and outdor parking area inside the property.
The interior of the villa consists of a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and flat screen satellite TV, as well as 4 bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, and the other 3 with two single beds each. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for a modern lifestyle. The house is very well furnished and tastefully decorated, which creates a very cosy and pleasant atmosphere.
