In the center position, this Beach Bank Condominium detached house has beautiful palladium windows, spacious cathedral ceilings, all hardwood floors and the 8-foot oceanfront deck spans the length of the cottage for spectacular views of Nantucket Sound in the Lewis Bay area.
The 2 bedroom, 1 full bath, fully equipped kitchenette and large open space for dining make this the ideal Cape Cod vacation location. This condominium/cottage has all the amenities of home at the beach.
The house has (DSL) a direct service line to the internet with a (WIFI) router for wireless Internet, cable TV, and phone access. It is truly a piece of heaven. Max capacity for 4 adults 2 couples or family of 5.
The Beach Bank Condominiums are tastefully landscaped with white picket fences, brick walkways, and rose-covered arbors. Invite additional guests to the shared barbecue cooking and picnic area on the lower deck. We are located in West Yarmouth on Nantucket Sound.

wonderful stay!

My mother, infant daughter and myself stayed at the condo and had a fantastic stay! The condo is well appointed with anything you may need, extremely clean and has a prime location. The icing on the cake is that it's close to the beach and has an amazing view of the water. Our favorite part of the stay was that each night we watched the sunset from the deck.

Beautiful Beach Oasis!

My friend and I had an amazing, relaxing, and fun girls trip to Cape Cod and one of our highlights was our stay at Beach Bank Condo!!! The location is absolutely perfect with a beautifully tranquil view! We loved having morning coffee and wine on the deck at night overlooking the water. The walk to the beach is short and easy! The condo was so clean and comfortable!! We will definitely return!

Our family had a fantastic week in this lovely, pristine rental home. The view is incredible and the owner most gracious. The beach is a short walk away and very safe for our young granddaughter. We have successfully rented other homes previously through Cyber Rentals and we must say this was the nicest!

A wonderful vacation rental

We had a wonderful vacation at this perfect home, and I'm sure you will, too! Honestly, I don't think the photos do justice to the house, which is incredibly well-maintained and full of personal touches from the owners that make you feel like you're at a luxury resort. The house is ideal for three or four people with a great view of the ocean, which you can get to in minutes just over a scenic footbridge. We spent a lot of time on the deck, which is large enough for some people to be grilling while others are reading or playing a game. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds are comfortable, and the a/c comes in handy when it's hot; if there's anything you have a question about, you can just text the owners, who are very friendly and responsive. The beach right in front of the house is very nice and not crowded, and there are other nice beaches to check out that are just a bike ride away, like Seagull and Kalmus beaches. The central location is great for exploring the Cape; we went to Provincetown a few nights, as well as to the Wellfleet drive-in and to Falmouth and Wood Hole. We hope to stay at this great rental again the next time we decide to go to the Cape. I can't recommend the place enough!

Nice experience in W. Yarmouth

This was our first VRBO experience and was a positive one. Property was as advertised. Owner was flexible and helpful. Place was clean, well-appointed and the private deck was the place to be both morning and evening with the beach close for a walk. Proximity to restaurants and grocery stores convenient.

First week in September getaway

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this spotless, well-equipped, bright & airy condo. There were welcoming flowers & wine, and the bed was made up! The owner called to make sure we were comfortable/ see if we had questions or needed anything. Spent some time at the beach & many hours on the big deck. Mini wish list- lamps, ceiling fans, fewer countertop appliances (space quite limited). Beach sand rather coarse & serious rocks in the water - bring your water shoes. Would/ probably will stay at Surfside again.

This condo is perfect for 2 couples! Incredible panoramic views of the ocean. It’s a two minute walk to the beach. It exceeded our expectations and we want to book again !

Fantastic property with a perfect view

If you want to visit the Cape, this is the place to stay. You will not be disappointed! The property is perfectly appointed and the view is astonishing . The property has a private deck, which is unique (I promise you will not find this anywhere else on the Cape). The private deck is accessible from the main bedroom and the Great Room. The deck has comfortable chairs, great patio table and a grill (you will use this I guarantee). Floor to ceiling windows run the width of the place. WOW!! Waking up to the sunrise over Lewis Bay is amazing! The property is clean and wonderful. We spent our anniversary here and would be remiss if we didn't mention that the owner (Dale) was very attentive. Dale will make sure you are comfortable. The property is also well placed. You are close to Hyannis. Ferries leave Hyannis to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard multiple times a day. Don't miss out. It is well worth it.

Panoramic View of Lewis Bay

We rented this 2 BR condo for one week and it was just perfect! Great views, warm and cozy furnishings, ample eating and cook ware. A real nice get away---very convenient to everything and quiet too! Thank you Dale for reacting so promptly to our plumbing problem. We hope to be back again.

Perfect Gem of Cape Cod

This cottage has impressive & spectacular views! It is impeccably clean & well equipped with every amenity you can want. We love the location. It is quiet, yet it is also close to many restaurants & shopping. We also love that it is in the mid-cape & it is not too far a drive to go to either end of the cape. This is our 2nd stay & we are already looking forward to coming back year after year! Thank you Dale for your attention to detail... it shows! We feel like it's "our" little home on the beach!

Excellent house

The pictures on this site accurately show the quality of the house. Everything was very clean and in great condition. We spoke with people staying in the other units, and those who rent houses regularly in other locations all agreed that this was the CLEANEST they had ever rented. The price is great, considering the proximity to a calm, shallow beach with very warm water which we felt was very good for our kids. There are plenty of excellent seafood restaurants nearby, shopping centers, laundromats, and attractions. (I think there needs to be more mini-golf, though...) I have already recommended this particular house to ALL my friends. I particularly liked the private deck that can only be accessed through patio doors from the house with its own private BBQ and patio furniture. The other units had a shared deck below ours.

Why they chose this property

I love nature and the scenery around it. It alleviates my stress with every time I visit. I receive a spiritual connection with the wildlife and nature there. The salty air and sounds of water waves pounding against the shore are relaxing and allow for a deep, healing, restorative sleep. My place must really be shared with friends, relatives and loved ones.
I enjoy my vacation rental properties and I encourage everybody to visit them someday.
Millions of years ago, glaciers developed, creating the rugged coastline.
It is on the coast that the magnetic attraction of the earth brings to people an amazing feeling of peace and calm. I believe it is the magnetic force exerted on the human body which relieves people from stress.
When I go to the Cape, I get deep, restorative and restful sleep, leaving relaxed and refreshed.
