The building was built recently with a heated rooftop pool (open all the year, except the months of January and February) with communal areas.



The property is located nearby the Málaga María Zambrano Train Station, at the right city centre of Málaga, near Playa de la Misericordia sand beach, 50 m from the bus stop, 50 m from the supermarkets and two of the biggest Malls in the City, just a couple of minutes from the Old town, 4 km from El Candado Golf Club golf course, 10 km from Aeropuerto de Málaga (AGP) airport. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood near the sea in Málaga city.



The accommodation is equipped with the following items: parking, lift, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), air conditioning (hot/cold), air-conditioned, 1 TV.

Nice trip to Malaga

The apartment came as advertised. Central AC was a blessing during a string of 32 C days. Great water pressure. Short walk to the Malaga-Zambrano train station. 10 to 15 minute walk to the Sacaba Beach. 25 minute walk to Malagueta Beach. Everything within walking distance. Pool on the roof was a nice place to end the day before getting ready to go out for the night. Perfect for my family if 4.
