Didn’t hear from host until I finally asked for info to access apartment the day before we departed on long flight from CA. Host asked for my email address broken out in user name and then separate message with email host (gmail etc) and also wanted my cell # number before he would provide access indicating it was because of VRBOs messaging system. This was confusing and delayed getting info. Never had to do this before with any other vrbos. Didn’t get all info till 2hrs before arrival with sporadic internet this was nerve wracking. Shower leaked and floor was soaked. Dirty knives and glasses and toothbrush holder. Unable to unload pic. Washer/dryer was full of damp sheets and towels and BR rug. Washer detergent compartment moldy. Unable to upload pic.Took 2 hrs to dry small load. No info on how to operate anything or other guidelines. Host went silent when we asked for more info about washer and for additional towels to deal with water in BR after showers and for someone to come deal with the damp laundry in the dryer. The door to the laundry first seemed like it was locked so at first couldn’t find it. Had to ask for check out info re what to done key. Pictures available on request but unable to attach here.
