The apartment is composed of one bright and spacious master bedroom with queen size bed, an additional single bedroom, a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, dining area and a separate modern and fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals which you can enjoy on the spacious and lovely terrace over the Caffarella Park. A modern marble bathroom with shower completes this beautiful apartment.

The apartment has been recently renovated and has AC in both bedrooms and in the living room. It is easily connected via public transport to the city center, the area is very well served by supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and shops.
