Tho the apartment has potential I have to highlight some thing that negatively influenced my stay: I didn’t have hot water on the first night and morning. After I reported the issue it was taken care of over the day, but the hot water came with a leaking water boiler and constant noise due to a constant heating process within the water tank. It became noisy, not only when taking the shower but the entire day (and night). Unfortunately tho I reported the issue again, this time it was not fixed. Instead I was asked to be patient - I was but up until my departure the issue was not fixed and I had to reach out multiple times to the customer support. Sadly my request for a partial refund was also only postponed and in the end not answered. Generally speaking it is an ok apartment, with a reasonable price (if the water is working) and a good location, but it would benefit from some maintenance work in general + my personal experience was not very pleasant.

Tout va bien jusqu’à notre arrivée. Appartement pas prêt et dévasté par le précédent locataire. Nous l’apprenons à notre arrivée. Communication impossible avec le propriétaire sauf après 30 minutes d’appels réitérés. Choix : soit nous prenons l’appartement en l’état, soit nous sommes remboursés. Aucune offre de remplacement voire de chambre d’hôtel proposée par BELVILLA. Nous avons refusé la location et avons dû nous débrouiller seuls.
