Der erste Eindruck täuscht manchmal. Wir haben uns eigentlich auf unseren Aufenthalt am Bodensee im beschriebenen „Luxus“- Apartement gefreut. Leider wurden wir zügig negativ überrascht. Das gebuchte Apartment ist eine Wohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Dadurch kam direkt initial keine Urlaubsstimmung auf. Das ist ja aber ein subjektives Empfinden über welches wir hinweg sehen hätten können. Aber als wir dann in das Apartement eingezogen sind wurde nach anfänglicher Euphorie doch der ein oder andere Mangel festgestellt, der dafür gesorgt hat, dass unser Empfinden von Urlaub, Erholung und Relaxen eher zu Unbehagen wurden: -allgemeine Sauberkeit des Apartements… in allen Ecken war Mengen an Staub. Unter den Heizkörpern hat sich der dreck gesammelt. -Der Bodenbelag war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab große Lücken im Laminat. Außerdem lösten sich an fast allen Ecken die Zierleisten. -Das Bett war deutlich durchgelegen. Meine Partnerin hatte die gesamte Urlaubszeit das Gefühl in einer Hängematte zu liegen. AußerdemKnarzte jede Bewegung. Ebenso waren die jeweiligen Couches völlig durchgelegen und nicht mehr ansehnlich. -Größter Kritikpunkt. Das Bad. Es war dauerhaft ein muffiger feuchter Geruch im Badezimmer. Wir hatten fast durchgehend das Fenster offen, um irgendwie frische Luft oder ein anderen Geruch in das Bad zu bekommen ohne Erfolg. Wir hatten das Gefühl als würde irgendwo ständig feuchte alte Wäsche liegen, obwohl dem ja nicht so war.

Schmutz und Dreck, sowie Abplatzung und Rost an den Heizkörpern
In der Küche sind Griffe abgerissen. Auch diese ist kein Luxus mehr

Etwas abseits vom Bodensee und der Altstadt (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß) liegt die Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Umgebung.
