When the weather allows, the courtyard-style paved garden becomes an extension of your living space - perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining under the stars.

Upstairs, all three bedrooms feature king-size beds. The third bedroom offers particular flexibility: the super king can split into two singles and includes a pull-out futon, making it adaptable for different group configurations. Simple, comfortable, and with space to properly unpack, exactly what you want after a day exploring the city.

You're ideally placed for the shops, restaurants, and bars of Battersea Rise and Northcote Road, which transforms into a pedestrianised haven during summer months. Green space is abundant. Wandsworth Common is approximately half a mile away, Clapham Common just beyond - both offering tennis courts, ponds for wildlife watching, and plenty of room to breathe.
