Rosimar Studio Apartment is located just 150 meters from Riells Beach and the seafront with bars, restaurants and shops. Here you will feel comfortable and cozy, because we have thought through every little thing: a comfortable mattress and pillows, nice bed linen, a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking, a dining table, fast Wi-Fi, lamps with USB, Smart TV and a lot of other things. The studio has its own bathroom with a shower. There is a municipal parking lot in the courtyard of the house, where you can easily park your car. In the garden there is a barbecue and a table for outdoor dining. 150 meters away is the stop of a walking steam train, on which you can easily get to any area and parks of the city, as well as the village of San Marti de Empuries and Mongo Bay.
