The home was very spacious, absolutely clean, well equipped kitchen and all you have to do is cross the street to get to the beach. The aquarium is 5 minutes away which is fun to see. Staying at the home is very comfortable and near to Carolina Beach and restaurants.

Great location!

Short walk across the street to the public beach access and right in-between fort fisher and Carolina beach activities. Located in a quiet area for the family but with plenty of restaurants and places to explore for a weekend getaway. Lots of room for an extended family stay and basic amenities supplied. Be sure to bring your own shower supplies! Overall, great stay!

Perfect for large families!

The house was perfect for our large family! Nice to have multiple decks for the teens and adults to have different spaces if we wanted. Love the open floor plan and having 3.5 baths was awesome! The location is perfect and just a short walk across the street to beach access. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

Breath Of Heaven From Almost Heaven WV

This property definitely lived up to its description. It is a very comfortable house and accommodated our three families quite well. It is conveniently located to many of the places we always enjoy visiting. My husband and I enjoyed the front porch on a daily basis. It was an added bonus to have necessary supplies on hand when we arrived. We would most likely rent here again!

Great little spot

The house has a great layout for multiple family’s and friends. Kids enjoyed the openness of the downstairs and it was easy to access the areas for larger groups. Bathroom situation couldn’t be better. Beach access is pretty close and manageable. Beach was pretty narrow but that isn’t the property owners control. Was very happy with what we got.

The location was absolutely perfect, the home was the perfect size and had the all of the bedrooms that we needed. The rental was clean and everything seemed to be in good working order. The tub in the Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs did drain a little slow and the games they had available were missing pieces so you couldn’t play them, but that wasn’t a huge deal. We drove to Walmart and bought games. The only recommendation I would have is to sharpen the knives and to get a little more cookware. Overall, the home was perfect and we will stay there every time it’s available.

Six adults (sometimes 8) not enough wine glasses or flatware. Laundry machines behind doors—one of doors missing. Some doors in bedroom area upstairs sticking. 1 small lamp in living area was ridiculously small. House was showing its age, updates needed especially in bathrooms.Bath towels were awful. Felt Like Home

My girlfriend and I were looking for a quick getaway and didn't want to go as far as our usual Florida trip. We decided to give Kure Beach a visit. We knew we would not have beach going weather but thought a trip to the shore would be nice. We had no idea that we would experience torrential rain every day. Nevertheless, we were able to make the best of it because the house was comfortable and had everything we needed to shelter in place. The beds were comfy and every room has a television. The home was very spacious so we could work remotely without disturbing each other. The home was very clean and of course they provided us with fresh linens and towels. The home is on the edge of the major town and we were able to relax on the outskirts while taking advantage of the area restaurants. We were only a block from the beach and could watch the ocean from the windows. We plan on coming back when the weather warms up. Highly recommend this home.
