The week we had in Destin was great! The condo we stayed in was awesome! The owner Linda was great, she made our check in and out process easy and if we needed anything she was fast at getting back with us. The best part was being right on the beach! Will definitely consider going back again!

It’s a nice place with a nice location. They have alot of things but I wish they had beach towels. They do have a small set of towels for showers and hand and face towels but you will need beach towels. The convenience of beach to the townhouse is nice. Having the end unit is convenient to parking as well. Enjoyed the patio table and chairs.

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very nice and the location is hard to beat. The kitchen was well stocked and the furniture was comfortable. The proximity to grocery stores and restaurants was great. Linda was easily reached when a small problem arose.

Location of the condo is perfect. Well stocked, clean, and nicely decorated. We had a lovely week at the beach as a family. Our only issue was with the bed in the master bedroom. It is very warn out, uncomfortable, and needs to be replaced.

Anniversary Getaway Perfection !!!

We stayed at this beautiful beachfront condo for our anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Linda, the owner, was absolutely amazing—she reached out with thoughtful suggestions on where to watch the fireworks and how to get there, which made everything so easy and special. Her communication was top-notch from start to finish. The condo was clean, comfortable, and the view was unbeatable. We’ll definitely be coming Back

Great ocean view. Very clean. The bottom floor allows for easy access to the beach. It is an end unit so not much foot traffic going by. Beach chairs & umbrella were an added bonus. Would definitely return for our next trip to Destin.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing! As soon as we walked in and saw the view, we were in total awe. Linda was an amazing, attentive host answering all of our questions immediately! Beautiful Condo with Beautiful View!

What a wonderful stay we had! Photos don’t even do this place justice! The view of the ocean when we walked in just took our breath away! Linda provided a very clean and beautiful place for us to stay! Every morning and evening we could enjoy the ocean with just stepping out on the back patio! The easy access to the beach- just want out the back door and down the walk way and you’re on the beach! The beach service was so nice to have! Chairs were being set up around 7am and others would go out and put their towels on chairs to reserve them right away so I recommend going out around 7am to reserve your chairs early! This condo is so close to everything! We will definitely be recommending this condo to everyone who plans to visit Destin and we have intentions of coming back! Linda was also very responsive before the trip to help me with any questions we had! I didn’t even have to reach out during our stay because she provided us with everything we needed! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We were so happy with the location, directly on the beach! We were on the first floor which made access to the beach, very convenient.The condo was clean and fully equipped. Checkin was a breeze, as Linda sent me the door code. She sent all necessary info including restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend this property, and would definitely rent it again.

We have met many wonderful people in Destin, Florida and love the Gulf of America and Snowbirds are always welcome. This is a Non-Smoking/Non-Vaping premises.
