This beautiful condo features tiled Chevron flooring throughout, new kitchen with quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, tiled back splash, and kitchen table that seats 6! This condo is beautifully decorated in a stunning, casual elegance that is just perfect for the beach! The large living area is centered around an elegant sofa, comfortable chair, huge TV and beautiful accent pieces of furniture.

The Master Bedroom is very classy with designer colors, new mattress , a master bath with new shower and designer sinks. There is also a secondary hall half bath.

The unit features a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The view.....the view is 'to die for'. You can see the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico anywhere in the living room and kitchen....or you can relax on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking view. And, no elevators with this unit as it is conveniently located on the GROUND FLOOR!

This unit is very special and is designed for those who want luxury. It is located in the popular Crystal Beach area of Scenic Highway 98, just minutes from Destin Commons, the Outlet Mall, Downtown Destin and Sandestin. There are amazing restaurants shops, movies, bowling, fishing, water sports....so much to do in the paradise that is Destin!

Excellent location and loved the ability to walk out the back onto the patio and then just a few steps to the beach. Parking was easy and you are very close to food and restaurants. Would stay here again.

This unit and location was perfect for a relaxing get away.The condo is renovated, decorated very pretty, and clean. The sliding glass door to the patio had a perfect view of the beach offering breathtaking sunrises and sunsets while sitting on the porch. Our elderly mother, which uses a walker, was able to get around the unit perfectly and access the porch and walkway with ease. Everything was available in the kitchen to cook meals. If you do not want to cook there are several restaurants available within a short distance. For grocery we went to Whole Foods and Walmart. Local eateries we attended; Osaka Hibachi, Flemings Steak House, Ruby Slipper, and Domo Izakaya. We ventured on the Southern Star Dolphin cruise which accommodated a walker.Donna the owner was exceptional, responsive, and communicated efficiently. We will definitely book again. Thank you for making our vacation special.

This unit is beautifully decorated and designed perfectly. Everything you need is in the condo. The views are absolutely stunning with the ocean as your backyard! The private beach in s fantastic…sugar sand beaches with complimentary beach chairs/umbrellas. The beds and furniture are very comfortable! Would definitely recommend this location for all the reasons above.

This host is unrealistic, unreasonable very hard to please. If you stain a towel you get charged if you leave any trash they charge you. We cleaned all week we have small kids, some trash was left behind but we took several bags of trash out. The pictures of a Gatorade a broken hair clip, containers in the shower. We pay a cleaning fee so I'm not understanding the issue there was a spill in a corner somewhere the kids didn't mention or I'd have cleaned it. We worked hard to leave it reasonable and also be able to leave at checkout. Ice trays were left in the sink so they can refill them they had no ice machine. The dishes were started a Capri sun in the garbage a empty soda box and a paper toy on a tray they complained about. Just ridiculous our wifi did not work all week the door handles cut my son's back and hand the trash cabinet slams shut it's very heavy smashed my daughter's fingers and almost mine the furniture is the most uncomfortable we have ever had the bed is so high up I do not recommend for he elderly or children sleeping you have to climb up to get in it I fell off several times because I'm very short the chairs outside and inside are very uncomfortable the dishwasher and dryer and washer are very old the dishwasher didn't waah properlthe dryer didn't dry here you have to worry about being perfect we tried to keep it perfect we thought we pay a cleaning fee so it didn't have to be prestine that wasn't good enough do not recommend booking with this host

This unit, 106A at Crystal Sands, is a GORGEOUS condo and sought after by many repeat guests as evidenced by the many 5 star reviews. The owners of this property do everything possible to keep it beautiful and a comfortable place for their guests. This guest left trash everywhere, open food, spills, tons of dirty dishes and even worse, put dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets. My Cleaning staff spent hours cleaning, and combating the trash odor so that this property was ready for the next guest. We have pictures of the trash and condition of the condo when the guest departed. Contrary to this guest's statements about the appliances, bed, chairs, etc. this unit was newly remodeled and everything is pretty new. Still, if the guest would have brought her grievances to my attention while she was there, I would have done everything possible to address them. I urge anyone considering this unit to read the other reviews. Thanks so much! Donna
