The large living area is centered around an elegant sofa, comfortable chair, huge TV and beautiful accent pieces of furniture.

The Master Bedroom is very classy with designer colors, new mattress , a master bath with new shower and designer sinks. There is also a secondary hall half bath.

The unit features a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The view.....the view is 'to die for'. You can see the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico anywhere in the living room and kitchen....or you can relax on the patio and enjoy the breathtaking view. And, no elevators with this unit as it is conveniently located on the GROUND FLOOR!

This unit is very special and is designed for those who want luxury. It is located in the popular Crystal Beach area of Scenic Highway 98, just minutes from Destin Commons, the Outlet Mall, Downtown Destin and Sandestin. This unit is beautifully decorated and designed perfectly. Everything you need is in the condo. The views are absolutely stunning with the ocean as your backyard! The private beach in s fantastic…sugar sand beaches with complimentary beach chairs/umbrellas. The beds and furniture are very comfortable! Would definitely recommend this location for all the reasons above.

Beautiful view of the beach...quiet neighborhood and kid friendly/safe. Our oldest son enjoyed fishing while the youngest would swim. Very clean and everything we needed for our stay.

Quick get away

It was clean and a nice place to stay for a quick get away. The only minor issue for us was we are older and not accustomed to streaming tv. Would of liked some local stations for viewing in the evening, maybe we could of but we couldn’t figure it out with no directions, only if it didn’t work. Definitely not a deal breaker and would highly recommend this condo and would stay again. We have stayed in Donna’s condo’s before and she is always very helpful.

Wonderful Location & Views

This is a beautiful newly remodeled condo. The location is perfect. Outside Umbrellas are not allowed on the beach at this property. Rental for an umbrella is an extra $30 per day, and sometimes it was $50 because one of the attendants refused to separate chairs and umbrellas. The dishwasher leaked the first time we tried to use it and we weren't able to use it until the maintenance person could fix it. (Was not offered any discount for the inconvenience). The property manager is not an easy person to deal with. She is unprofessional and rude.

Convenient and gorgeous view!

I recommend this condo to anyone looking to be right on the beach. We’ve stayed in Destin before and always have had to cross the road to get to the beach, and it’s hot and cumbersome. This was perfect! The first floor patio has a gorgeous view, but people are walking to and from the beach basically across your patio. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. AC worked great, and it was nice to have the extra half bath. A couple annoyances that I would not let affect my recommendation: There was a dirty wash rag in the shower from a previous visitor. The upstairs neighbors had a shrimp boil and threw their skins off the balcony covering our patio with shrimp bits. The first night an enormous group of screaming teenagers partied on the beach until after 11pm. The condo owner explicitly states not to use the white wash rags for makeup removal, but there are no other wash rags provided. I used a paper towel the first night and then bought rags the next day. Again, these are not deal breakers, just part of a thorough review. Al in all, we had an excellent and relaxing trip! Would absolutely book here again.

Great condo -outside property needs cleaned

The condo we stayed in was very nice and just as described. The owner was very friendly and kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. My complaints are not about our room or the owner. It was great. The pool was not vacuumed the entire time we were there and had piles of sand in it, hair, and debris. People that brought their dogs let them poop in front of our patio multiple times and didn’t clean it up so we had to. I thought the units were pet free but maybe just ours was. One of the groundskeepers ruined our car with dirt and debris while spraying off balconies with a water hose. We had to go purchase glass gleaner and scrub to get it off. My kids had their toys stolen. Idk why someone stole a football, frisbee, and sand toys that might’ve cost $10 total from a 4 year old but some people would steal anything. They were playing with them on the beach and went to play in the water for maybe 5 minutes and were gone. Someone stole our goggles at the pool. Maybe the caretakers need to monitor the property better.

Everything about this condo was a dream come true! We were literally as close to the water as possible! The condo had been recently renovated and was beautiful. The owner could not have been any nicer. We are hoping to come back very soon.

Fabulous Beach Front Property

Beautiful condo ideally located to restaurants and shopping. Loved walking out the patio door and onto the beach. The sound of the waves were mesmerizing.Will definitely try to book again next year.
