About this property

1st Floor Directly on Beach - Free beach set-up daily

Crystal Sands 108A is a 1st floor beachfront unit. Open the patio door and you are steps from the white sand and waves! No parking garage or elevators with this unit. Park right in front of the building, enter with your digital lock code and start your vacation.

**1st floor unit** is very convenient when you are lounging at the beach and want grab something from the unit! You can sit on the patio and keep an eye on the kids on the beach. Crystal Sands is a low rise (3 story) condo.

This unit includes one **complimentary** beach set-up each day (two chairs and one umbrella). Watch the dolphins swim (yes, we see them a lot) while you sit on the patio listening to the waves! There is a pool on the front side of the building with lounge chairs as well. Our building has two grilling areas at each end of the boardwalk (4 grills total), so grilling a steak or burgers is no problem.

We remodeled the unit in 2014 with all new paint, cabinets, furniture, mattresses, and appliances. We have all the latest electronics, new LED smart TVs (netflix, disney), 55' in living room, and 42' in bedroom, Sound Bar with Bluetooth to sync your favorite music, and a Blu-Ray DVD player. Unit includes free Wireless Internet.

Our kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully furnished with cookware and utensils. We have a Keurig on the countertop, so just bring your K-cups (Mr. Coffee in cabinet if needed). New full size LG high efficiency washer and dryer for any clothes or towels you may want to wash.

Our unit is comfortable, casual, and very clean. Sleeps 4 with a King in the master suite and twins in the hallway bunks. We love to spend time here and we hope you do too!!!

We started renting our unit in 2014. We purchased 301A in 2025. This unit has 2 bedrooms if you need additional rooms (VRBO 4506784).

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Crystal Sands for years with our boys because it was the perfect condo and area for us. They loved the beach and pool in the daytime and hunting for crabs at night. The go-carts, waterpark, arcades, and fun restaurants are all close by for a fun night. We always had plenty of room for them to bring their friends. My family all love to go deep sea fishing and we love the fresh fish from these excursions. The kids are grown now and we are happy to have the condo now for weekend getaways.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful views, directly on the beach, yet close to everything. This is a unique quite area but minutes away from fantastic shopping, dining, and family fun! Destin is known for its fishing and the fresh seafood can't be beat. It is our favorite spot for relaxing and recharging.
