Our home is beachfront and includes paid beach service. This condo is renovated top to bottom! The ground floor has unobstructed views of the beach and emerald blue water!!!
There is Free WIFI and Smart HD TVs with Cable TV.
This rental INCLUDES daily Beach service which includes two beach chairs and an umbrella!(MAR 1-OCT 31)
The home has brand new furniture and mattresses, a sleeper sofa with a tempurpedic mattress, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, Pottery Barn Bathroom vanities with Carrera marble top bathroom sinks, a porcelain tub with and brand new toilets, new floors, we removed the popcorn ceilings, installed Flat screen tvs and sound bar where you can sync up your music from your phone via Bluetooth. This home is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is completely stocked with upscale items. William Sonoma Dishes, crystal wine glasses, stainless steel coffee maker and toaster and many more great upgrades! We also provide high thread count sheets which feel so soft! You will really enjoy everything about this home. Our family loves to stay here and we know you will too. Please feel free to call me if you have any specific questions.

We had an awesome time! The condo was perfect! Loved being on the first floor and able to walk out the patio door to a short walk to the beach. Beach service was awesome. Not having to bring our own chairs was great.

A little piece of heaven!

Our stay was short but relaxing. The host was responsive, the condo was beautiful and homey, the location was easy to get to. I am trouble walking a lot and i was able to access everything with ease.

Have been coming to Destin for years and always stay at Crystal Sands. The unit was exactly as described and everything was clean and ready upon arrival. Opted for the early checkin option which was a great bonus. Will definitely be back.

Perfect location for a quick beach trip

This little one bedroom condo was perfect for our 4 day trip to the beach. All we wanted to do was sit in the sand all day and being right on the beach, we were able to do this. It's simply fantastic to open the sliding glass door and literally step onto the boardwalk. The condo is well appointed and clean. Highly recommend!

Great beach view/access

We have been to Destin several times. This is by far the best view/beach access we’ve had. It’s very spacious. The pictures don’t give this place the GEM status that it really is. Location is great for restaurants and entertainment. Marybeth is responsive to any questions you may have. We will be back!

Amazing Stay!

This was our first trip to Destin & we could not have had a better time. The condo is easy to find and in a great location. Upon arrival, everything was clean, and there was tons of storage space along with even the smallest details being thought of to enhance our stay. Mary Beth is extremely responsive, communicating with us prior to arrival, during our stay, and upon departure. The main bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable and the multiple bathrooms was great! The view is AMAZING and such a short trip down to the beach it really is perfect! We enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

Beautifully done property sitting right on the beach. The owners paid for chair rental which was wonderful! My only complaint was the master bedroom mattress is in desperate need of replacement. We slept on the couch pull out.

EXCELLENT!

We loved the condo and location. It was just as described. Actually, it was even better than what was shown in the pictures. My wife and I, and our two kids had plenty of room. Best of all, you can access the beach by simply walking out the back door. The beach is clean with beautiful sugar white sand and crystal clear water. We hope to stay in Marybeth's condo again next year.

Great beach condo with a million-dollar view!

We had a wonderful 11-night stay at this condo, which is exactly as described on the site. You can't beat the fantastic beachfront location with the gorgeous white sand and green water just steps away. The condo is beautifully decorated and has a great beach vibe, just really relaxing and welcoming. It was clean and really quiet, with a comfortable bed and soft sheets. It's also very well equipped, including the kitchen (you could stay here comfortably long term). The host is really nice, very responsive, and invested in her guests having a great stay. Check in and out is a breeze (combo lock on the door). Since we are very health conscious, we appreciated the air filtration system. We had a great time and highly recommend this property!

I kinda want to keep it a secret

This condo location is PREFECT. 109A Unfortunately the layout doesn't really allow you to hear the waves while you sleep. We tried the pull-out sofa and it was terrible. Beyond that hiccup we loved it. We were able to just step right out of our room out to the beach. The beach is private so not at all crowded. Lots going on to see and do. We are beach bums and just sat an enjoyed the beach. The condo had pretty much everything you need. Bring your bathing suit and your beach towel and your good. Sure wish we could have brought our little chihuahua baby with us but we understand. Safe area with a friendly family atmosphere that is so close to everything! We will stay again.

Perfect spot for an incredible view, peace and tranquility!

We were supposed to be in our usual FMB but since it is sadly recovering from Ian, thought we would give Destin a go. Location is EVERYTHING with this gem! Although it was unseasonably cold during our time, we didn’t mind—the views and close proximity to the Gulf was perfect. I would suggest adding a lounger chair or two for use vs the high top bistro set for maximum relaxation. The washer and dryer availability was a huge plus!! One suggestion: checkout for off-season could be a few hours later, 9:30 is awfully early. 12:30-3:30 is plenty of time for housekeeping cleanup in off-season considering all of the tasks required of renters for checkout (emptying fridge, gathering all linens, starting dishwasher, taking out all trash). I’ve never had so many “must-do’s” prior to leaving a rental while paying so much for cleaning services. It was enough to pause re-booking. After all, that’s why we pay so much to book through VRBO as this should be included. Went to Tailfins, huge sports bar (very loud on a Sunday if that isn’t your thing) and higher in price compared to other eateries, especially for what we consumed. Overall, it’s all about the ambience, very well appointed condo, VERY clean.

Living here in Destin provided me an inside view of the better homes to purchase. Crystal Sands is a very safe and quiet resort property. It is convenient to all the shops and restaurants and you can walk right out to the beach from your unit. There is plenty of parking at this property too which is another nice plus.
