The apartment number "E", one of the five available apartments we have, offers all the comfort you need for your vacations.
With a rustic-modern style, with hot and cold air conditioning, it will welcome you with a pleasant terrace in the front area with access to a garden and swimming pool of 9m x 3m where you can cool off on hot summer days.
Upon entering, you will find a kitchen open to the living room, with all the necessary equipment.
Here you will be able to lie down quietly on the comfortable sofa with a full stomach and finish the evening.
The interior of the house is presented in a modern style. Nordic furniture and fresh and bright colors make the rooms shine in typical Majorcan style. Less than 2 kilometers away you will find the historic center of the picturesque village of Petra. Here you can enjoy restaurants, cafes and a beautiful museum to visit.

Ganz gute Unterkunft! Sauber, Durchschnittliche Ausstattung, Okay'e Lage. Man könnte vielleicht noch etwas in die Einrichtung investieren. Es war alles etwas sporadisch und nur die Notwendigsten Dinge waren dort. Etwas kalte Atmosphäre. Für den Preis ist es aber vollkommen okay! Wenn man ein paar Tage Mallorca möchte, dann reicht es vollkommen aus! die Kommunikation war super einfach und Esteve war freundlich! Gern wieder!

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung in der Nähe von Petra
Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche in dieser Wohnung in der Nähe von Petra. Sie befindet sich auf einer im Grünen gelegenen, kleinen Anlage mit ca. 5 weiteren Ferienwohnungen und ist bestenfalls mit einem Mietwagen (klare Empfehlung für die Gegend aber auch generell für Mallorca ist ein kleiner SUV) zu erreichen. Wir haben von hier aus die ganze Insel erkundet und uns dann immer gefreut, zurück in die Ruhe der Ferienwohnung zu kommen. Besonders idyllisch war die Schafherde, die in den benachbarten Weiden gegrast hat. Die Kommunikation mit Rentallorca war sehr freundlich und einfach. ☺️ Wie einige Kommentare hier schon geschrieben haben, gibt es in der Wohnung keine Türen, also insbesondere auch weniger Privatsphäre im Bad und nicht allzu viel Stauraum für Kleidung (eine Kleiderstange mit ca. 7 Bügeln und ein paar Regalbretter). Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und man hat vom Küchenfenster einen tollen Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. 🌅
