This apartment is located in a lovely neighborhood that feels quite secure for an urban setting, The interior design is appealing, and both the kitchen and bathroom have all the necessary amenities, The metro station is just a short walk away, and using the Bolt taxi app from here is super convenient, There are also several nice cafes and restaurants nearby,

Communication with host was poor. Lock box to retrieve key was not working - it took us 4 hours to finally get someone to the property to help us get in (with an entirely different code than the one they provided us). Apartment was otherwise clean and comfortable. But dealing with the agency that manages the property was not good.

Apartment was very nice, but lock box to retrieve key was not functioning properly. It took 4+ hours to finally get someone to come help us. Made endless calls and was constantly put on hold. Communication was poor.

The bedroom was in a loft that u reach by a ladder and the bedroom itself was 4ft tall. I contacted the host multiple times and my concerns were never addressed through email or a call. This is the worst situation I ever was involved in. Neither Vrbo now the host addressed or could resolve my situation.
