About this property

This is a NON-SMOKING CONDO. The property has just been remodeled and added WiFi. The kitchen features new cabinets with granite counter tops. The floors have new ceramic tile throughout. All new bedding, furniture and appliances. The condo is located on the beach next door to the Perdido Beach Resort and across the street from SanRoc Cay marina. Summer Breeze is a small complex consisting of 21 units with 3 floors. This unit is located on the ground floor. Summer Breeze is a gated complex from both the street and beach and offers gas grills for cookouts and provides a private boardwalk to beach. Back doors open to patio and landscaped backyard with limited beach view. Patio is furnished with outside dining table and 4 chairs.

Unit also has a room off the laundry room with twin bunkbeds

Disappointed

Booked this room and the day before I checked in they called and said the room was not ready. This is unacceptable in a business! They put us in another room that was nice but had 1 less bed than then our original room which we needed. The condo was also across the street and not beachside which we paid for in our first room. So very disappointed if I might say so!!

Perfect spot

Our family had a great week at Summer Breeze. This condo was perfect for our family of four. It is very clean and nicely updated. It has top end appliances and everything you can need in a kitchen. We chose it b/c of its location with the jetty. My husband and son enjoyed fishing from it and caught several fish. It’s location is centrally located to many marinas. We were able to take a shark fishing excursion and also a kayak excursion around the islands in the bay. It was one of the best vacations we have had! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Beautiful place! Wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious and clean condo with plenty of options to sleep with a tv in every room! It has really nice beachy decor and was very convenient to beach and pool. I will definitely be back!
