The Piggery is a self contained building situated in the grounds of our family home. With private parking, it is accessed via our gravel driveway. Boasting a countryside location surrounded by farmland and on the Jodrell Bank world heritage site. Several country parks such as Astbury mere country park and Brereton Heath, just a short distance away. National trust properties Little Moreton Hall and Biddulph Grange can also be found in the locality. For the thrill seekers, Alton towers is approx 30 minutes drive. Located just 3 miles from Congleton and only 5 miles to the M6. Perfect for business travellers or contract workers with dedicated fast internet or just relax and unwind, particularly with late checkout time!
It’s the perfect base to explore the beautiful Cheshire countryside. Added bonus- The nearest pub is a pleasant 1 mile walk away.

Why they chose this property
We made the move to our current property to enable our son to live independently when he comes of age, so The Piggery will be for him in the future.
We simply love the countryside and all it has to offer and we are blessed to live in such a beautiful part of Cheshire.

What makes this property unique
Originally one of the old farm buildings, it has been converted and modernised and is now a cozy get away from it all self contained home with all mod cons.
The buildings name is a nod to its historic use and also linked to my husbands family history as they farmed pigs decades ago in neighbouring Alderley edge.
