Thank you Robin for your kind comments we are pleased you had a good family time and memeories to take back to the Netherlands. We hope to see you again.
The setting is absolutely amazing. Yew tree farm is a working farm on an old estate. There is a private paved path right through the former estate that is perfect for running or walking. It's literally at your doorstep. The accommodation is exceptional. Highly recommended!
The cottage was very clean, and well equipped. The view of the Highland Cattle from the bedroom windows was a joy. The cottage is well situated with some lovely walks direct from the door.
Lovely relaxing stay in this well equipped, clean, spacious cottage.
The communication with the owners was very easy and they were helpful in providing information on walks in the area.
Great base to explore the western Peak District.
The cottage was the best equipped delf catering cottage I have ever stayed in. It had absolutely everything needed. The milk, biscuits, tea and coffee for arrival was a lovely touch as well as plenty of handwash and cleaning products which is great. The hosts were great, nothing was too much trouble and they responded to queries before arrival and during our stay really quickly. Would definitely reccomend.
