The living area features a wood-burning stove centered below floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s a great place to relax and take in the soothing sounds of Ten Mile Creek running just outside, or catch the game (or the morning snow report) on the flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is nicely updated with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances, and there’s room for six at the dining room table and two more at the breakfast bar.

Great location!

We have been spending summers in Frisco and this was one of the best rentals. The location is close to hiking, biking, Dillon Reservoir, and Main Street. The sound of the stream in the back lulled us to sleep every night. The availability of the garage to store all our gear during our stay was a big bonus. The kitchen was clean, organized and well-stocked. Summit Rentals was responsive to all our questions and checked in to make sure our stay was going well.

Great place to stay.

I was absolutely thrilled with the condo and it’s location. The proximity to Main St was a big plus. The condo was clean and spacious. Had everything that was needed in the kitchen. Will definitely make the effort to get the same place next time. My only recommendation would be for a larger tv to enjoy in the evening. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo unit was beautiful. Very well maintained and could tell the owners take pride in their home. It was well stocked and had a lot of room for all our guests. The loft was a pleasant surprise in how spacious and unique it was. Very nice views with the river behind the unit. Summit Mountain Rentals staff was amazing and very quick to answer any questions that we had. We skied at Copper Mountain so taking the bus on Main Street was very easy and close to the rental unit. Look forward to staying here again in the summer or fall.
