The kitchen is equipped with all the essential items for preparing meals, and the living room offers comfort with a sofa and TV for relaxation. The house also has one bathroom with a shower.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private 20 m² pool, surrounded by sun loungers and an umbrella, ideal for sunbathing and refreshing. The yard (1000 m2) is fully fenced, providing privacy and security, particularly convenient for guests with pets. In the garden, there is a built-in barbecue covered by a pergola, offering shade on hot summer days. There is also a covered terrace next to the house, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening relaxation.



The property has a parking space, making it easier for guests to arrive and stay.



Nearby are the beautiful bays of the Karinsko and Novigradsko Seas, perfect for swimming, fishing, and coastal walks. Zadar, with its historical landmarks and rich culture, is just a 45-minute drive away. The nearby towns of Biograd na Moru and Obrovac offer various water and nature activities, including rafting on the Zrmanja River.
