Sullivan Stone Lodge is an upscale complex that loves families. Townhomes here have spectacular amenities and an extraordinary location on the hill. Parking for 2 vehicles (one in the heated garage: 222" max depth + one outside).
SSL unit #16 is the end unit, upper/Mountain Side, at the end of the lane at Sullivan Stone Lodge - just above the skiers bridge. You'll enjoy the ultimate spot for ski-in and ski-out plus the great views! Commanding Mountain and Valley views from the kitchen, dining, living room, hot tub and master suite are beautiful. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath (1,960 sq.ft). Our unit has fast, free Wi-Fi + workspace with office chair for remote-working guests.
The Kimberley Conference & Athlete Training Centre, Kimberley Alpine Resort (KAR, @SkiKimberley, #mykimberley, Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Inc., or, RCR), and Trickle Creek Golf Course are only a few minutes drive back down the hill.

You will be just 20 steps to go skiing (two steps coming back in) and you are adjacent to the Nordic Center for cross country skiing, or, Summer-time hiking and mountain biking trails.
A great family spot in the winter, spring, summer or fall. Sullivan Stone Lodge is an upscale complex catering to families and mature adults creating a relaxing retreat all year long. From May-October you will have access to several golf courses within a 20 minute drive. Our home has central air conditioning if the higher elevation mountain breezes don't cool you down enough in the evening.
Sullivan Stone Lodge Unit #16 includes hardwood and tile flooring throughout. Upgrades to: Furniture, Flooring, Beds, Towels, Cotton Sheets, Appliances and TV's plus extra side windows make this a unique Sullivan Stone Lodge property. Open floor plan provides superior views to the mountains, valley, ski hill, and the quad chair lift - enjoy watching the skiers in the winter and the deer in the summer.
MAIN level features a wide open great room (kitchen, dining & living rooms), covered balcony, guest bedroom and half-bathroom. It is very spacious with high ceilings, lots of windows, two leather sofas and two leather chairs plus a games table. There's a gas fireplace, Sony 65 inch 4kHDTV+PVR and Blu-Ray DVD. Dining table seats eight (8) comfortably and the kitchen bar, or games table, can seat four more. The main level guest bedroom sleeps three (3) in one full size bed and one twin size bed. Includes 20in flat screen TV/DVD, full closet and storage chest. Full size Sofa Sleeper in living area. Out front towards the Rockies is the covered outdoor balcony with gas grill and outdoor table.

The back door off the main level provides direct ski access with a few dozen hooks, boot dryer plus outdoor ski locker and a bench.
The UPPER level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with the private hot tub on the back deck. Master suite is very generous in size and amenities... full bath, awesome view of the Rockies, king-size bed, sofa (plus queen sofa-sleeper), 42in HDTV, full size closet, desk and office chair plus full dresser. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, 42in HDTV, full size closet and storage chest plus full bath off the hallway. Full sized washer and dryer are also on the upper level. Access to the hot tub is thru the upstairs hallway.
LOWER level provides street & heated garage access plus extra hooks for jackets and a bench.
Our unit can sleep up to 7 in beds and up to 10 including sofa beds. This is a non-smoking and no-pets home. Furniture was custom designed and produced locally with the wood pieces from Tree Fever which was in downtown Kimberley.

S K I : Kimberley Alpine Resort is perfect for families, with 70+ runs from beginner to expert. Majority of runs are Blues and Greens, but Single and Double Black Diamond runs are there for you brave ones. Night skiing on scheduled nights. If you have been on the ski hill, #16 is the end unit on skiers right just before you cross the ski bridge. DOES NOT GET ANY EASIER THAN THIS. Want to stop in for lunch or a quick warm-up? No problem. Beware, you will feel spoiled!
G O L F : Sullivan Stone Lodge is within minutes of several great golf courses, offering a broad range of difficulty. In order of distance: Trickle Creek, Purcell Golf (Kimberley Golf Club), Bootleg Gap, St. Eugene Mission, Shadow Mountain, Wildstone, Fairmont Riverside and Mountainside, Copper Point, Eagle Ranch, Greywolf and Radium Resort.

Location and unit were wonderful! Ski locker on back porch was a nice touch! Kids loved the ice maker in the fridge! Our stay created incredible memories for our family!
It was awesome. Loved it. And especIally loved the hot tub. Had a hot tub in the morning when we got up and one before we went to bed …would stay there again in a heartbeat
Excellent location for direct ski hill access but the grooming machines were quite loud during the night and their lights shine in through the hillside windows, excellent property well cared for, the property cleanliness was the best we have experienced, very well equipped kitchen, owner replies very quickly, arrived early but unable to check in until 4:08pm which was diasappointing, we had fewer bath towels than guests but the new laundry appliances worked very good, hot tub spa service twice per week is incorrect because the hot tub was not serviced during our 7 night stay but it worked well other than some foam during operation. Skiing was ok with almost all black runs closed due to the above normal warm weather risks.

Thanks again Denis for renting our place. I'm very happy to hear that we won the cleanliness award, but sorry that they were 8 minutes late getting out of there, I know you were ready to get your meal started. I have followed up with our cleaner to double check the towel count, typically we have 2 in each bath plus 6 in the linen closet for a total of 10, plus the others that are for hot tub use. For the ski hill noise and lights from the snow cats, I wish we could control, but we haven't come up with a solution for that in the last 19 years but will work on solution at least for the lights. Hot tub maintenance went to once a week, so I will update that in our rental paperwork. Thanks again and I appreciate the input, that is the best way for us to improve.
The condo met all our needs for our stay. Excellent location and clean. Hugh was extremely accommodating with our needs and I would not hesitate to return in the future.
The house is clean and in perfect condition throughout. The bedrooms are really nicely set up and the beds and linens are comfortable and good quality. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and cookware you could need, and modern well-kept appliances. The views are fabulous and this is an end unit so you can see out on 3 sides.
Our stay at Sullivan Stone Lodge was a great experience and the property exceeded expectations. Our host, Hugh, was accommodating and overall, I would recommend this property to anyone considering a vacation in Kimberley.
This place is really great, more than enough room for the five of us, clean and quiet. Skiing access is world class!

We love the winter-time activities the most, and the summer-time trips keep getting better every trip, hiking, biking, swimming, exploring nearby towns...

We chose Kimberley, BC because it has so much to offer and has a small town feeling. Everyone we meet is very generous and always helpful. Sullivan Stone Lodge complex is modern but has a nice rustic and casual vibe to it.
What makes this property unique
Our place is in a perfect spot for snow skiing, snowboarding and x-c skiing. We're at the end of the complex so you get views from 3 sides of the condo.
