Peaceful garden apartment on Mont Boron spectacular sea view. Brand new renov.

This apartment 'Garden of Eden' is a brand new renovation. 70 square meters on the ground floor of a unique bourgeois property nestled on the mountain side of Mont Boron. Decorated with style, comfort and colour. The 90 sq meter garden with its incredible views, features an outdoor kitchen and bbq area. Nice old town/town is 10 mins drive, Carrefour supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Great bus services within a 5 mins walk or Uber is easily available.
There are a limited number of parking spaces for the residents, available on a first come first served basis and there are some 'off street' parking spots within a short walk. Parking is not garanteed. Also note the apartment is cliffside, therefore there are quite a few steps and a small elevator to access the apartment.

Beautiful location in great neighborhood. Grocery store and harbor in easy walking distance. Sea view from elevated patio was fantastic. Will be even better if bonus room overlooking the sea is finished and available for guests use.

Perfect stay

The property is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Plenty of swimming spots nearby and a great base to explore Nice and surrounds. We spent many balmy evenings in the garden enjoying the stunning view - thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a beautiful property. Well located and easy to get around by transit or car. The views were fabulous from the garden and in the area. The accommodations were perfect - clean, well laid out, updated, parking if you needed it, everything was just perfect. It was a bit of an adventure to get to the lower road with some stairs to navigate but there is an elevator to help with most of the height.Pam was super courteous and helpful getting us situated and answering all of our questions. She greeted us late in the day and took the time to explain everything. She was easily reachable if we had any questions.Our stay was so nice that we would definitely come back and stay here. Without hesitation I would recommend this property!

Stunning Views and an Excellently Maintained Property.

Pam was lovely, and brilliantly helpful and communicative. The property was in excellent condition. Well-appointed, well equipped, and immaculately clean upon my arrival. The air conditioning was also fab, and very very welcome. The compact kitchen had everything one would need, and the bathroom in particular was really lovely. The garden was beautiful.HOWEVER. Access to the property was difficult, to say the least. If you have limited mobility, this property will likely be off limits for you. You must either go up in a minuscule elevator, or climb several flights of very steep stairs; not always ideal in the heat of a Niçoise summer. That was, however, the only downside!
