Very comfortable stay. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We were provided with all the supplies we needed. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The location was conveniently located to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The lanai that overlooked the water was a nice peacefully quiet place to enjoy our morning coffee and to sit out in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property

As soon as we walked in, the place smelled clean and fresh. Irina was a great host and as VRBO owners ourselves, we appreciated her communication. The location as an end unit was very quiet with a great water view and a lot of very nice neighbors. It's well appointed and very homey. The location is very close to the beaches and great restaurants. We will definitely stay there again the next time were in the area.

A wonderful refuge from the cold North

This condo is very welcoming and accommodating. It quickly became our home base as we explored the beaches of Bonita Springs, golfed and dined in an impressive variety of restaurants in the area. Starting our day with coffee on the lovely lanai overlooking the scenic lake visited by many local birds were treasured moments. The decor is beachy, warm and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with any type of cookware and serving pieces that you could possibly need. There are chairs and umbrellas available if you opt for a day on the beach. We hope to return next year

We have been visiting Bonita Springs and Naples for a few years and just fell in love with the area !

This condo is located in a serene, gated community, close to the gorgeous white sand beaches of Bonita Springs and Naples, many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and all other amenities. 5 restaurants are walking distance from the front door! The famous Mel's diner is just around the corner. We are 25 minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport.

What makes this property unique

This condo captured our attention with the stunning lake view and privacy of our screened-in lanai. We love the airy feel of the vaulted ceilings! We enjoy the benefits of an end unit with bay windows that add extra light and open space feel!
