Good- Location is great, near the Gare de L’Est train station and within minutes of multiple Metro stations and restaurants. Spacious, there were 7 of us with 2 kids and 5 adults and it accommodated us well. Bad- Hot water only lasts 2 minutes, so you need to take quick showers, found out the hard way on the first one. Some might like this but we did not. It was way too hot and couldn’t figure out how to make it cooler in some of the rooms. There is construction going on in the building with scaffolding around the entire outside and I think that made the apartment extra dusty.
