Welcome to Pembroke Villa, a stylish and comfortable retreat perfectly located in the heart of Shanklin on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Just steps away from Shanklin’s vibrant shopping centre and a short stroll from the charming Shanklin Old Village—with its thatched cottages, quaint shops, and traditional pubs—this well-appointed holiday home is an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.
The nearby seafront offers a classic British beach experience, complete with a wide sandy beach, amusements and all your favourite seaside treats. Whether arriving by car or public transport, getting here is easy and stress-free.
Inside, the home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a modern, well-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, TV and DVD player.
The accommodation is flexible and family-friendly, featuring three bedrooms—one with an in-room shower—as well as a spacious ground floor wet room and an upstairs family bathroom.
For restful nights, beds are furnished with cosy duck-feather quilts (please note this for allergy concerns).
Outside, guests can enjoy a private enclosed garden with a patio and outdoor dining area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco.
There is also private parking for one vehicle for added convenience.

Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom , bedside cabinet
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 2 ( sloping ceiling): with double bed, bedside cabinets and cupboard
Bedroom 3: King sized bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe
Bedroom 4: Double bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, shower cubicle
Bathroom: Bath, and separate shower cubicle, low level wc, wash basin
OUTSIDE
Allocated parking for 1 car to the front of the house
Garden to the rear of the property with garden furniture
Please note: the garden includes a former pond feature, so children should be supervised at all times.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES / SERVICES:
PLEASE NOTE: Guests can choose to either pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £40 or provide a pre-authorised security deposit of £200 before check-in. If the security deposit option is selected, no money will be taken unless damage is reported at the property within 7 days after departure.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car.
