Sunshine streams into the friendly relaxed lounge of this pretty traditional-style family villa, which has a comfortable couch and easy chairs, flat screen TV and unlimited free Wi Fi. The large dining table has 8 chairs, a sideboard and a small sea view.
The new kitchen has a walk-in pantry and is well-equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave and ample cookware, crockery, glasses and pots & pans for a family holiday.  Beside the kitchen and living room there is a guest toilet, and there is a child safety gate at the top of the stairs.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the lower level, a few steps down from the entrance hall.  The main bathroom has a bath with shower and toilet and is located beside the master bedroom which has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and doors to a small front patio.  Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and doors to a side patio.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and doors to a sunny patio with sun beds overlooking the pool and a recently upgraded en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, bidet and toilet.

The private pool measures 4.35 x 3.70 m, with pool shower alongside.  The pool is protected by a glass barrier, and there is a glass door at the top of the pool steps for child safety.

This pretty child-friendly villa is popular for family holidays and in a great location, 3 mins walk to Luz Beach, restaurants, shops and market stalls, so you don't need a car.  If you have a car there's a free parking space and you could explore the spectacular coastline with lots more beaches.
